ABOUT ME
I feel called to hold sacred space around life’s transitions and rites of passage. These times of change are often tinged with grief of what once was and anxiety of what will be. It can cause these moments of fluctuation to feel isolating, overwhelming, and painful. However, when held in a sacred and loving container, these rites of passage can be ripe for growth and renewal.
My strengths, gifts, and skill set have cultivated a deep capacity for holding this space of transformation with reverence and grace. In our culture we’ve lost track of honoring many of these holy moments of change, and the few we have held onto are often overshadowed by consumerism and a focus on the superficial elements, rather than the emotional and spiritual. I truly believe that if we are able to be held and guided safely through times of intense change, joy, and grief we would all be more balanced, more empowered, and more peaceful humans.
My calling to serve as a spiritual support in the world began when I was very young. I was blessed to come of age in a thriving and progressive spiritual community and it set me on a path of seeking the deeper meaning of spirituality and all it has to offer us.
