What is it?

Spiritual Coaching provides a safe space for clients to explore themes relating to identity and beliefs within a sacred container.

We work together as coach and client while inviting in the presence of a force or being that is more expansive. Each client can choose the language and framework for how we relate to this connection with a higher power.

Clients are supported through various life transitions, while learning to incorporate spiritual practices and a consistent and healthy relationship with the Divine. This helps nurture the changes and upheaval present during these times of transformation.
